Hitting
Our focus is to stablish the three main hitting principles. Bat Speed, Smash Factor and Plate Discipline. Also we strive to create a high level hitting pattern by focusing on the barrel being in plane and entering the zone early while increasing bat-to-ball skills.
Pitching
Our focus is to help each pitcher have an optimal kinematic sequencing pattern and a proper delivery. Once this is achieved we focus on pitch desing and help guys tunnel their pitches to better their arsenal.
Performance Training
In the weight room we work with game patterns and athletic positions that our athletes need to address so they can bring their weight room gains to the field.
Monthly Elite
training package
1hr training session two days per week,
main focus on full body training and arm care.
1hr training session. Three days per week,
main focus on 1:2 push/pull ratio while targeting different muscle groups each day.
1hr training session.
Five days per week,
main focus on 1:2 push/pull ratio and sport specific plyometrics while targeting different muscle groups each day plus arm care
